Q. What are your rates for US Shipping?
A. For US orders, shipping starts at $7.99 via USPS Ground Advantage and increases by weight. Priority Mail options are also available, starting at $14.99 for a bubble envelope or $24.99 for a box.
Q. Are there any duties or taxes when shipped to the US?
A. There are no duties or taxes for orders under $800.00 USD.
Q. How are you able to use USPS when you are located in Canada?
A. We have a shipping provider that consolidates USPS shipments on a pallet and exports them to the USPS facility daily. This only adds one extra day to standard USPS delivery times.
Q. What are your rates for Canadian Shipping?
A. Canadian shipping rates are determined by Canada Post. Any orders $200.00 CAD or more are eligible for free shipping.
Q. What are your rates for International Shipping?
A. All international products are charged in United States dollars. If your order is $150.00 USD or more you will receive a $10.00 USD discount off of the standard international rates.
Q. How long does it take for orders to ship?
A. Most orders ship within five business days. However, when things are busy it may take up to ten business days to ship.
Q. How long will it take to get to me?
A. Once shipped, anything going to the US via USPS will take an extra day longer than the standard USPS estimates. Within Canada, and Internationally, once your order has shipped the shipping providers’ estimates are fairly accurate. Check your tracking number for a better idea of when your shipment will arrive.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. Because all of our cables are custom-made specifically for your order, production begins immediately to ensure the fastest possible shipping. This means your cables are cut to length, and sleeving is added (if applicable) as soon as your order is placed.
Once your cables have been cut, they are unique to your build and cannot be returned to inventory or used for other orders. If you need to cancel an order that has already entered the production stage, a 25% cancellation/restocking fee will apply to cover the materials and labor dedicated to your custom project.
Q. I have a coupon code: either from signing up for the newsletter or leaving a review. Can I use it on a custom order?
A. Unfortunately, no. The coupon code is specifically set up for website orders. Custom orders involve a lot more back-and-forth communication, extra labour for non-standard cabling, and occasionally specially sourced components, so they are invoiced separately, and the website coupon system doesn’t apply.
