The Sommer SC-Corona guitar cable has the dual application of being both a Phono cable for hi-fi use and a high-end guitar cable. The tightly stranded CU litz wires allow for a clean and precise sound image with an extremely fast transient response. The Corona’s transparent jacket reveals the silver OFC braided shielding to be visible and with the added G&H Nickel plugs it’s a gorgeous compliment to an already beautiful cable. With a similar feel to the SC-Spirit XXL, the SC-Corona has a slightly smaller diameter with added flexibility. And did I say light. No! Well, it’s light. And Quiet. The Corona achieves 100% shielding through the combination of an OFC outer braided shield and inner carbon screen. This dual shielding keeps interference at bay.
