Revelation Cable Company strives to deliver top-quality products and outstanding customer service. If you encounter any issues with your order or cable functionality, please reach out to us for prompt resolution. In the event of our mistake, we will cover the return shipping costs. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we value your feedback. Please note that our cables are custom-made, limiting returns to warranty claims only.
Revelation Effects allows returns for their pedals within 14 days of delivery. Prior authorization is required for returns, so please contact us first. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee based on the full retail price. The pedal must be returned in the same condition it was sent, without any velcro or scratches. Once we receive the pedal and verify it is in ‘like new’ condition, we will process the refund. If the pedal is not in ‘like new’ condition, additional fees may be applied at our discretion or the pedal will be returned at the customer’s expense.
Orders cancelled before shipping will be required to pay the transaction fees of Paypal or Stripe.
