The goal of Revelation Cable Company is to provide you with quality products and exceptional customer service. If, for some reason, you didn’t get exactly what you ordered or your cable isn’t working, contact us and we will do everything we can to resolve the problem. If we make an error, we’ll cover the cost of shipping back to us.  We want you to be happy with your cables so if there is any reason you aren’t satisfied, we want to know. All our cables are made-to-order which makes them a custom product. Because of this, we do not accept the return of your cable(s) for anything other than warranty claims.

For Revelation Effects, we will accept returns within 14 days of your pedal arriving. Please contact us first before returning to get authorization. The cost of shipping will be incurred by the customer as well as a 15% restocking fee of the full retail cost. The pedal must be in the condition it was sent (i.e. no velcro or scratches). The refund will be processed once the pedal has been returned and determined in ‘like new’ condition. If it is sent back and is not in ‘like new’ condition, additional fees will be added at our discretion, or the pedal will be returned at the customer’s expense.
