The SP400 Patch Cable addresses the need for a reliable, low-profile soldered connector for pedalboards, measuring just 0.326 (8.3mm) and 20% smaller than the Switchcraft 228/229, allowing side-by-side fitting on most loopers. Designed for 4-4.5mm cables, it offers optimal strain relief and better protection against electromagnetic interference (EMI) and is available with four cable options from Revelation Cable Company.
The BTPA CA-0678 features a low capacitance of 20pF/ft (66pF/m), making it suitable for long cable runs, and is available in seven colors—black, seafoam, red, white, purple, grey, and blue—allowing for aesthetic customization on pedalboards. Its braided shielding reduces RFI and EMI interference, and while it is less flexible than the Mogami 2314, its 4.5mm diameter aids in strain relief.
