Description
The Square Plug Insert Cable is designed to be used between two stereo pedals. While some stereo pedals have left and right inputs or outputs, some only use a single TRS jack. The Insert, or Y cable, is for that situation when you need to go from one to the other.
The SP650-S is a slightly larger right-angle TRS plug than its predecessor, the SP550-S. This makes it the ideal size for the two Mogami 2314 cables necessary for an insert cable. If space is tight the short straight SPS7-S connector is a great alternative. It is the first plug specifically designed to be used for insert cables. The body uses a plastic insert that fits around the two Mogami 2314 cables for a nice look and space-saving design. The other end uses two SP400 plugs to save space on a tight pedalboard.
